Four stone buildings immersed in a sea-view olive grove, perfumed by the scents of lavender and rosemary. All about comfort and relaxation in the utmost love for nature.
Villa Adelphia is an exclusive eco-design ensemble with an unparalleled view on the first Greek Marine Park.
Between the three independent suites, the Villa has 6 bedrooms and can sleep 12 people (up to 18, using the sofa-beds). The suites are spaced a short distance from one another, and immersed in silence. They are conceived as a unique villa that share common areas: a fourth stone building with a large kitchen and a panoramic living room, the garden with a shaded dining terrace and several BBQs tucked amidst the olive grove, the gorgeous 25-meter pool and the nearby bar with chill-out area.
Italian eco-design, contemporary art and exclusive privacy
Designed by the Italian architect Giorgio Angella, Villa Adelphia is constructed with the utmost love and respect for the surrounding landscape. The Villa knits stylish warmth with functionality. The roofs are ventilated and covered by typical stone tiles, while the thoughtful interiors include chestnut beams on the ceiling and wooden floors in all the rooms. The lounge and suites sea-view verandas feature a teak floor and are equipped with sofas, armchairs, coffee table or dining table. A fireplace in the communal living room make for a convivial area. The spacious and airy rooms are dotted with contemporary art.
The suites take their name from the islands scattered in the distance – Adelphi, Peristera, Joura. The four stone buildings are almost invisible from afar, all you can see from the Villa is the green landscape and the absolute beauty of the Marine Park. Families and friends are welcome to enjoy and relax in total privacy.
A short walk from the suites and perfumed by the scents of lavender and rosemary, takes you to the sleek 25-meter pool with comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue area and shaded chill-out area equipped with sink, fridge and a large semi-circle sofa with cushions.
